The search is coming to a close. Soon... Still no roommate yet. There is a trip to Japan looming which may cut my time in New York short. I want to go, I want this trip to materialize but I feel guilty about leaving my home city so soon. I may never come back so I want to enjoy every moment while I can.

I asked her, Ms. Popularity, she's taken; figures. Oh well. I am going to get a chance to spend some time with her regardless. I got further then most other geeks I guess. I hope my ex doesn't read this. Ha.

In NYC, Queens, there's a boulevard. It's known as the Boulevard of Death because 78 people got run over and killed on that street. In one year. It's also my favorite place to skate. Be young and stupid while you can until you get old and some sense. I was there earlier today going about 30 MPH on skates down the side of the street and a fucking motor scooter cuts in front of me. I thought about running into him and teaching him a lesson about stop signs... Then figured breaking my bones before I need to move across the country probably won't help. I love the adrenaline rush on that boulevard. There's nothing like it, the traffic, the people, the nice smooth roads...

I need to find a roommate. This is not going well... I need to focus and stop taking days off to hang out with friends. I need to get this done and soon. I'm going to go see Pirates of the Caribbean but I will get back to the search right after that... I promise.
